I am 53 yr old American guy living in the Philippines and am living on a fixed income,i am disabled.Recently i graduated Davao Bible College with a degree in Theology and want to now get my masters in biblical counseling.I started by getting my assoc degree from Andersonville Theological College but i need the finances to pay grad fee & transcripts.It is not much but to me it is, like $200 for grad fee & $40 for transcripts.If i can get tgis paid, the school here is within my budbet,though barely.I can send the completed forms needed to pay this if i can get some help.
