Good point. In the court of law, the prosecution has the burden of proof. The defense has to prove nothing. The burden of proof is on you. I don't think there's any religious book that says God is a pink unicorn, so you definately have a heavy burden. =)

if you pretty much know God exists biut you are just putting this out to debate i think its more of testing God. if you know hes there and you challenge him to prove himself that would be a foolish thing my friend
