Uh.... I can't recall the answer to number three, but I think leap year and midnight have something to do with it.

oh, and for the second one. i think that these guys are twins, but twins with different people than each other. so they could be born on the same day, but a different year and have different brothers

correct answer to #3. #4, they are twins to each other (they were born on the same day) and it has nothing to do with leap year or midnight or new year's eve.

Ah... read it outloud and you'll get it. This is why it's always important to be aware of context when decided whether to use "too" or "also."

Ah yes, I see it now too... It's really a riddle that should be spoken, rather than written, as writing it does technically make it incorrect...

That's why I specifically wrote it to say " he hears one say." So really, it is not incorrect; the reader is just interpreting it too literally.
