is the attraction or appeal of the same sex sinful? if it is...what if their strong christians living for god in every way, they just happen to like the same gender? its just a way of following ur heart right?

thinking someone of the same sex is pretty/beautiful is not a sin. I think it's safe to say that anything beyond that is sin. The heart is naturally wicked, so following your heart will most likely take you down the wrong path.

i dont know 4 sure maybe someone could look this up but if u were born like this u know always liking gurls and stuff i dont think that is a sin i just think u were born with that. but if u have liked a boy and then like a gurl i think that is sin.

Not unless you act upon it, and btw, the Bible says that the heart is decietful, so don't trust your life with it.

That's someone's excuse for sinning against God.

I think that all the time. But a sexual attraction? I'm thinking not, but if people of the same sex have sex, that is a sin.

So, your not born gay. Answering the original question though. I agree with almost everyone else here that its ok to be attracted to someone of the same gender just DO NOT act upon that attraction. (like dont go kissing a person of the same gender or anything like that) GOD CREATED ADAM AND EVE NOT ADAM AND STEVE!!!!!!!!!!

ok guys...well thanx for helping me b/c the thing is i went to this woman's thing and there was this person there [at the time i thought it was a guy] and they were sooo hot! but then i remembered it was an ONLY woman thing [no guys] but even after i realized she was a girl i still thought she was stinkin hot! [that happened this summer] and now i'm starting to like other girls and well...can u guys pray 4 me... b/c theres some girls at my school who are bi and well...yea so plz help!:(
