You did the smartest thing in the world for you! You should be very proud of yourself for it too! Never settle for someone that wants you to put them before god. No it doesn't seem like it but really they were. They wouldn't except you and your belief in god. You will be much happier in the end for it! Someday when you find a good christian man , you'll know already what qualities to look for in him. Good Luck!

Good Job Girl! :) I know its hard i've been in a similar position as you. Don't call him, it'll only be harder to let go. Move on with your life and grown in God. If you follow him, and when he thinks you are ready he'll put the man for you in your life. Be patient you'll find him. :)

Even though it may not seem like it to you sometimes, but you did do the right thing. Who knows, maybe you telling him that if he couldnt except then you two were over made him believe in god...belive that he is active and does miriacles and all of that. You did a great thing that takes a whole lot of courage. I'll pray for you and him both! Way to go!
