ok. hey everyone. i have....... kind of a problem. Ok. Over the past few years, i have, ..... lets just say....... let myself "go" if u know what i mean. like i used to be skinny, but now... im the exact opposite. i am trying to think of a healthy, FAST, and effective diet/exersize plan. please suggest ideas!!

When you go out to eat order a salad with some chicken or something. Eat yogurts and drink water and milk and for a treat for every 20 pounds you lose you can have an unsweetened tea , run after you finished your homework. At the end off the week calculate how much weight you have lost. Add it all up at the end of the month and try to beat that number the next month. Also it helps a lot to pack your own lunch. Plus do it with your friends! They will support you. Summer is coming up to and you can swim, swimming is a great way to lose weight! Because you are in the water pressure is not put on your joints so bad and it works all your muscles! You can also try biking in the morning, take some one with you. that way you can talk alone because no one will be awake. Try hard, don't give up, and I hope this helps you a lot!!
