The forum is sick.

Okay, I've seen enough lately. Foot is being put down on this matter. This forum has gotten sickeningly cruel. Honestly, it's no wonder people keep leaving. I would too if I were them. I want you to know we've been getting complaints from DOZENS of people to the administration complaining about how horribly toxic these forums are.Think on that. I'm not talking about the little "he disagreed with my post, that upsets me." "she used a word I think is a bad word" No. I'm talking about people coming to us asking why we let our users be so dang cruel to people based on the fact that their Christianity is different from someone else's. That their enthusiasm for their God is being called wrong and inappropriate. That they are celebrating the purity of the way they see things, and then you come along and tell them doom and destruction to deliberately attempt to tear that innocence and trust out of them. You see the faith of a child and innocent love and something in you seems to click that you HAVE to make it about intellect and everything physical. That's so wrong and not okay on any level. You all are single handedly SHOVING members out those doors, and they don't come back. This is no longer a matter of being "a close knit group of friends that people feel that they can't join," no. This is now a matter of the fact that we have become a close-knit pack of wolves that feel like we have some privileged right to shoot down random people who are living for God, just because we have a bias against it, because it isn't YOUR religion, because you feel like you're more deserving in the cosmos. You are not the center. You are not the head. You were called to be a small part of a large body run by Christ. Moral: Stop screaming at every object that still has innocence or purity in their hearts, and think before you ever hit that reply button. A passage to think about. I truly believe you all know exactly why I chose this, so don't act like you are fully ignorant. It won't work. Ephesians 4: 15 Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ. 16 From him the whole body, joined and held together by every supporting ligament, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its work. 17 So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. 18 They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. 19 Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, and they are full of greed.
