Why must we be rebuked? Wasn't that the point of God sending His son to die on the cross, so that He wouldn't have to rebuke and punish us anymore?

I saw this guy (or an affiliate from the same website) post this stuff on someone's google plus page (the myspace tom's page actually). after the posts in the theology section, I'm leaning towards labeling him as a spammer.
