thats a really hard question to answer because there are some people in the church that believe once your saved no matter what you do you will always be saved. i personally dont believe that because i think it is a cop out to having a true commitment to God.. it's like having a commitment to God and sin.In your case i think it's different because i don't think it's really you having those thoughts right? it's like the devil is putting them in your head. If you truely live your life for christ and you love him then i don't think you have to worry about not being saved. I think what you need to worry about tho is your relationship with God... and i'm not judging you so don't get me wrong but i think that if you had a real strong relationship with him that the devil wouldn't even be able to get as far as to put those thoughts in your head. i think you should pray about it and spend more time in worship and devotions. now like i said i'm not judging you. this is just what came to mind when i read what your situation was and you sounded desperate for advise. God loves you no matter what thoughts you have about him and i want you to know i'll be praying for you to. GOD BLESS YOU!!

Peter denied Christ and was reconciled to Him later. However, Christ said that whoever denies Him before men He will deny before His Father in Heaven. I believe that once a person is saved they are always saved, but we are held responsible for our actions and are supposed to obey God. I don't think that your salvation is in jeopardy because of these thoughts that you're having. They obviously are concerning you, and I think that in itself is a sign that you're saved. I used to struggle with thoughts that I wasn't really saved, and I kept asking God to save me again. I talked to my dad about it, though, and he said he had dealt with the same thing, and so had a pastor he heard speak. It's not uncommon. My dad told me that the pastor had said one day he realized each time he prayed for Christ to save him again, he was really asking if he could really trust Christ. Because Christ died for our sins, and He fully covered the cost. He was enough. We just have to trust that. If you have accepted Christ and believe in Him and are seeking to live your life for Him, you won't deny Him. It will be hard, because as humans we love life and don't want to die. But like Paul said, "I am dead in Christ, yet so I live, but not I but Christ in me" - Christ is living in us, and He won't deny Himself. As for the thoughts you're having that are scaring you, I honestly think that's Satan trying to get at you any way he can. (he hates us Christians, you know). Pray about it, and really get into reading your Bible. I know that those are stereotypical answers, but they really will help. John 15 would be a great chapter to read.
