Mark 3:28-29 says "Truly I tell you, people can be forgiven all their sins and every slander they utter, but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit will never be forgiven; they are guilty of eternal sin." So what is blaspheme? Blaspheme is defined as "The act of claiming for oneself the attributes and rights of God." So basically blaspheme is saying you are greater than God. I don't see that guy in the cartoon saying anything along the lines as I am God. Now the sin in the cartoon is "misusing the name of lord your God" Exodus 20:7
