The reason they still do it is because they're addicted. Addiction will do that to a person, make it so that they just don't care what the cost: they have to have it. Because of this, there isn't a lot you can do about it as someone their age by just talking it out with them. However: they are under aged, and on illegal drugs. There are things you can do, although you're not going to like them. But if you're really their friend, you'll be willing to go to this level to make sure they aren't going to hurt themselves with the situation. First thing: Do their parents know what they're up to? Tell them. Have YOUR parents tell them if need be. Call them individually and have them come over one at a time, tell them what their child has been doing, and why you're so concerned about it. You'll probably want yours there too, just as a backup. Mention the possibility that they may need rehab or a kind of a group home for a while to kick this out of them. Second thing: If the above doesn't work, notify an authority at your school like a counselor. If a parent refuses to listen to reason (such as my own friends), then the whole family needs a shake-up to make sure everyone's safe. Most of all, pray for them, and pray hard. They CAN break a habit, but they need help from someone bigger than us to do so. Note: You may lose them as your friends by doing this. Are you willing to risk that to help them break the addiction? Make sure you KNOW that answer before you do these things.

Ooh... I'll deffinitly pray! Reach out to them and show them our Maker's happiness and the joy you can have through Him. Also let them know you're there for them and they're not abandon, even if they go to church they may not feel Him and feel abandon and like no one wants them. Listen to them and give advice God would give. Be confident in yourself and in God and in yourself in God! (:
