ok...so i'm not huge but i'm not small either. you see....i'm in the guard at my highschool and it ended about a month ago for summer break....or for a couple of weeks anyways. but that's beside the point. I weigh about 122 lbs. i know it doesn't sound that bad, but i'm only 5feet tall so everything goes right to my middle. i know that God loves us no matter what we look like but it's hard wearing a t-shirt over your one piece swim suit because you feel inscure while all of your other friends are wearing these tiny little two piece bikini's. :angry: *sighs* i was going to lose a lot of wieght this summer and go back to school ( and more so guard) totally skinny ...but at a healthy weight. but i hurt my knee several weeks ago so i haven't been able to do anything that involves using my legs....so i don't know what to do. I watch everything i eat but if i don't get some activity i'm just going to turn into a big blob!!!! my once firm muscles are now getting flabby because i can't run. any idea's on how i can at least lose wieght around my middle with out using my legs???

Every moring you get up you should strecth and eat a good breakfast. Then maybe sign-up for a sport at the ymca or at school. Eat good full course meals and get active go swimming at the local swim center or at home. Pray and fast ( that means cut off of candy for a month or junk food for 2 months) Workout and do your your best.

Like everyone else said, pray and break off from candy (something i still struggle with, since i'm trying to slim down my giant thighs.) and stretch and swimming can help. and if you feel well enough, a walk around the block everyday will help too.
