what about the kiss?

Hey guys, So I've been reading posts around here and of course it's bound to bring up a question... A lot of people on here (mostly girls) say that they will not kiss until they are engaged or married... I just wanted to ask from my own curiosity.. why's that? Is there a place in the Bible that would bring you to this decision? What would you suggest for a person who has? ect.. just questions like that.
