What if someone close to you told you they wanted to comit suicide? What would you do? I know what I want to do, but I'm afrade. (I wanna tell them that I need them and that suicide is stupid, and that they're stupid for even thinking about it!) I don't want to loose this person. But I can't talk to them about it because of personal reasons.... how do I tell them that they shouldn't, with out being disrespectful?

I know this will be hard to do, but you have to tell someone, preferably an adult in a position of authority. The person needs help. But whatever you do, DON'T tell them that they are stupid for thinking. What they need most is to be shown God's love, not be called names. Is this person a Christian? I think all you can tell them is that you care about them and you don't want anything to happen to them. I hope this makes sense. If it doesn't than PM me and I'll try to explain it better.
