I am sorry (for you) if you dont believe this but I've seen a lot of Christian girls who need to hear this... please read it and leave coments. it is taken from a program called the Victor's Crown... some of you may know it. "Did you notice that 1 John 4 says, 'God is Love,' not 'God loves,' or 'God is full of love,' but He IS love. If God is love, then without God we wouldn't even know what love is. That is like trying to say we know what a flower is before ever seeing, smelling, touching, or even hearing about a flower; or like saying you know what a computer is before computers were ever even invented. Can you imagine a world without love? (I'm not talking about "I love that t-shirt" or "I love ice cream"... literal love) The love of God does not compare to any other love. The Greek word for this love used to describe God is 'agape,' which means unconditional love. In other words, God's love never fails. It doesn't matter what we do or what we don't do, God will never stop loving us. Paul describes this love in greater detail in 1 Corinthians 13. It says love is patient, kind, not envious, or proud. Love doesn't hold grudges or delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. It always protects, trusts, hopes, and perseveres. This is what God is, and this is His love for you." God is Love. Without Him, no relationship can possibly exist. Anything without God as the center and focus between two people is nothing but lust. This is the #1 reason why most relationships end up in pain and regret. If this boy is your world, if you cannot live without this girl, if he is hurting you, if she cheats, if there is pre-marital sex... there are multiple examples... where is God's place? where is the honor?
