What\'s wrong with me!?

Okay I can like, only sleep like, 2 hours on school nights. I don't try to or anything, it just happens... even when I got to bed early(9:30), I can't actually get to sleep until midnight-ish. I just sit there in my bed with my eyes closed and then I get uncomfortable or something and I flip over or something.:S And last night, since its a weekend and I don't have to go to church on Sundays and its Spring Break, I went to bed at midnight. I woke up at [u][b]5:30[/b][/u]T_T And for like, and hour, I tried going back to sleep, but it didn't work so I came down to the basement. Has anyone else ever invoulentarily (sp?) not been able to sleep?

I have been going through the exact same thing. I think you have insomnia. A lot of teens go through this. Our bodies are designed to go to bed late. Just google insomnia and read up on it.

Upon reading the title I instantly thought Alzheimers. But seriously you might have insomnia. Have you tried going to bed before midnight? Having naps in the afternoon? If it keeps happening I'd say go and see a doctor. Specially if it's effecting you lots.

coolio last night I actually went to sleep at 10:00 (RECORD!:woohoo:) I still woke up at 6:05, but thats from habit. I usually have trouble sleepiing in the first couple days of any break. I also found out that watching TV right before you go sleep can also make it harder. That means to get more sleep I mght have to not watch LOST. (how will i ever survive!?)

um... about that... i dont know how... :unsure: and we havent kept around a blank VHS tape since 1997
