Well, why dont you get your mother involved and perhaps the 3 of you could talk it out. Find out if you did or said something that offended her, or if she heard something bad about you, that way the air can be cleared and you will have a better chance of keeping a friend. As an adult and a parent, I can say that I normally talk to the parents of the kids my own children want to hang out with. I am overprotective at times, but I am trying hard to make sure that my children are not exposed to a type of environment that I dont want them in.
