it seems when i ask a question people say talk to admin well you know what i did i sent 1 e-mail and 1 pm and he hasnt responded so why is he ignoring me

No matter how busy he is, eventually, he'll get around to it. Patience, man. ;)

yeah, more people have questions than he can probably answer, and if he spent all day answering questions then the site would not be updated as often, plus he probably has another job or atleast a family to spend time with. be patient
