[b][/b][color=#0000FF][/color][size=4][/size]Okay well I am not fat but I am heavy I am not healthy at all... and it makes me mad my friends think I look fine I dont and I know I am unhealthy but I wanted to know what should I do to get my self conditioned for my 8th grade year it is my last year at this school and I want to also be fit for volleyball and basketball season....I really hat fruit I cant stand it I will only drink the juices but nothing else....and I limit myself on wat veggies I like I really need a daily workout thing so I can atleast b healthy when I go back to school!!! Please Help I need sum advice...!!

Um, well there are a few ways that i know of. You can control your hunger by just eating when it's Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, but maybe like one or two nutricious snacks during the day. You also have to watch what your eating. You do need your daily serving of fruits, vegtables, grains, meats, breads, and I don't know what else. Also try walking on a treadmill 3 times a day for 10 minutes. After that is a comfortable pace, then you can either bump up the time span OR you can go at a faster speed. But, of course, you can't just work out your legs. You should also lifts some weights, but not all the time. Sit-ups can also help your abdomenals. (SP?) But, i shall say this, never ever make your self have eating disorders to become thinner. Oh and just one suggestion for foods: The Yoplait Yogurts have some delicious flavors and they are really good for you too! So I hope this helped at least a little bit!!!! i have the same problem. if you aren't the type of person who likes to run take long walks or short jogs it will help especially if your gonna do sports. then step it up by taking long jogs. if you gain a few pounds and ur running the weight is the musscle. and cut back on the unhealthy foods

pf, girl, i am having the same prob. hay, one thing that helps me feel healthy and it is healthy is that instead of 3 big meals, u eat 6 little snacks of some sort. like if u like carrits eat them with ranch. i love them, they taiste soo good. ;)

It is actually recommended by the dietary council that you eat 6 small meals a day. That you READ the content of the foods you eat, so many of them have hidden fats in them. If you have a health and PE teacher that you know you can trust and can talk to, you can ask them to help you. There are several on-line self help groups too. Another thing, you need to get your BMI measured and make sure that you need to lose weight, it could be that you just need to tone up. This chart you should be able to find on line too
