how do you get yourself going? Do you dump water all over your face?? pinch your knee?? run into a wall? How do you go about making your self get stuff done? I think this'll be fun, honestly, what crazy things get you going? Sound advice is welcome too, of course! "in a world that encourages us to do nothing, how do we ever do anything?"

Anyways, caffeine (spelling?) would wake me up, or a very loud alarm from my cell phone or my alarm clock. My mom and dad woke me up with my bedroom light when I was little and it used to drive me nuts!

lol... umm i have absolutely no advice for this topic. i set my alarm for 6am every morning on the loudest setting, and every single morning, my mom comes in at 7 to wake me up cuz everyone else hears it but meB) i think it runs in the family tho... my cousin has to set 6 different alarms in different spots around the room, each set one minute apart, to get up on time for work:P

alarms do no good for me either. my mom has to wake me up. to actually wake up tho, i have to get wet...either a shower or wash my face. then i'm only half zombie, until i get around some people in a good mood and i start to have fun. or there's always caffine, since i work at starbucks...

I'm pretty bad about it. I set multiple alarms, too. It's too cold to shower in the morning, so despite my general aversion to drugs, I have been relying on coffee (hey, it's better for you than soda) lately when I'm extra-sluggish in the mornings.

yeah, if i have to get up early in the morning though (six most mornings.) I just do it. haha. I jump up and get going, otherwise I never will. I used to try to get up at five fourty, but i never could. If you have a reason to get up, it helps! I have to put my sister on the bus, so thats my reason. But coffee and soda destroy teeth...haha!
