okie dokie well I met this guy.. and we meet on here. and we talked for like 3 days right? well then hes like "can I have your number?" and i said yeah sure, whatever. well hes 19, and he lives in south carolina. but he only lives like 2 hours away from me. so he was like "what would you say if I asked you out?" and i said idk, because i dont like doing the whole internet thing because i like to go on dates and actually be able to see my boyfriend. and hes like "well, I could drive up to see you like every other weekend." and i was like "Okay...." and so then he asked me out and i said yeah sure, because i didnt want to hurt his feelings... so we started going out. and ladies, dont get me wrong, I love country boys. but their is a line.... and this guy was acting so redneck it wasnt even funny. like wrestlin was wrastlin. and he aint got a job and hes not going to college, and hes like "Im gonna be a proffesional wrastler." i was like What the crap. and he was like and if i get hurt im gonna come to you, and then i said "and you know what im gonna say? its your own fault stupid" and then we talked on the phone for 3 hours. and when i had to go, he was like "WHHHHHY?" and i said because i have to eat... and he said "well im hungry too, are you gonna fix me something?" and i told him he had two hands to fix his own food. and then he kept talking about himself, during the whole 3 hr convo, i prob started 2 convos.. that was it... and bless his heart, i know he was tryin to be sweet, but their is only sooooo much i can take. and it just felt like he was smothering me. and i cant handle that. Im not like most girls... and ugh... so i went to tell him i was gonna break up with him and hes like "but i really really like you" and im sorry, but you cant freaking fall in love with someone you just met. its like "YOU DONT EVEN KNOW ME" and then he kept bringing up the whole sex thing. like I asked him if he was a christain and no lie ladies this is what he said "Yes im a christain i really love God. So when we first met do you wanna have sex??" I am not going to have sex till im married. I am a christain and God says it is wrong to do that before marriage. so it is not happening! and he keeps pushing and pushing and I just cant take it. so I broke up with him... do yall think i did the right thing?

I think you got it all wrong by saying yes to a guy online. Dumping him was obviously the right thing, idk why u even asked us if it was.

The internet can be good in some cases (Mypraize, for example) But there is so much bad stuff out there, you just have to be careful. I would NEVER date anyone I didn't know in person... That's just messed up anyway. Bottom line- Be careful on the internet. It's easy to get caught up in things that aren't too good.

yeah, their is not a way to block a specific number (already asked) I would have to change the number.. and ive had the same number for a couple yrs now so i dont really want to do that.

I agree with everyone else. You totally did the right thing dumping him. Never let anyone especially a guy pressure you into doing something that is wrong even if you think it might be bad, but your not forsure. By the way about the whole # thing, you should change it. It may have been a long time you have had it but it is worth it to change it. Besides it is only a phone number.;)
