Ok so what do u hape to gain by likeing this guy? Is it to date him most likely. Dating isnt really the smartest idea. It puts you in a position where u can fail. It makes you feel bad when someone doesnt like you, and it breaks ur heart when its over. WHY put yourself through it? DO you think if God lets you meet the man you are going to be with the rest of ur life with now that he will disapear before you are old enough to marrie him. Why cant you be just friends untill you can commit to spending the rest of ur life with him. Iv played the dating game, Im 17 iv had one girlfriend i felt i loved her. That relationship one in witch we were just friends since we were five ended because i asked her to date me. why because i wanted what any guy wants i wanted to kiss i wanted to hug i wanted the selfish things every guy wants a 9 year friendship flushed for selfish resons. just think about that.

I agree that you should get to know him first. Ask yourself this question, why do I like him is it because of his looks (hopefully that is not the only or main reason that you like him), his personality whatever. So get to know him and pray about it:)
