Stealing Talents?!

I went to church camp this year and there were guitars there so I decided to play one. There is this really ugly girl who decided to overcome the guy I like, by sitting by him and such things... well she asked me if I could show her a chord. I said yes, I tried to help her; in results of me not getting the guitar back (and it wasn't even mine!)! She found a boyfriend at our next event IMPACT! It got really annoying... what should I do?

1) You shouldn't call her ugly. We are all beautiful in God's eyes. 2) You should let it go. You don't need to be thinking about boys anyway.

Um. While I can imagine this would be pretty irritating and probably a little frustrating, I think the best thing would to just let it go. Sometimes things aren't big enough to try to fix or fight for. Yeah, this girl sounds annoying, but some people are just like that and sooner or later you'll just have deal with having people like that. If she got a boyfriend, good for her. Personally, I don't think that really concerns you. Also, she is Christ's daughter. So while you may not find her particularly attractive, she's still beautiful in the eyes of Christ. I know I'm being a little harsh. But sometimes you just need to let things roll of your back. *shrug* Sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear.

i agree with the others..just let it go. So she stole the guitar that wasnt even yours at least you know that you have talent and what not. but i also agree with the others when it comes to the "ugly" thing. we are all beautiful creations in God's eyes..whoever made the word ugly...ugh it just makes me mad..

I didn't say she was ugly as in looks, I'm talking about in attitude. Although she isn't that attractive, there is still a way to be ugly. Actions display what's really inside of you.

Ok, I agree that actions can be ugly. It's easy to see how we got confused though, right? So thanks for the clarification. :)

Attitudes can be ugly, but keep in mind that attitudes aren't always what is said out loud. Don't be so angry that she found a boyfriend at a camp that you both happened to be at. Keep in mind that it's just a relationship, and being at camp, probably won't last. It happens a lot in the world, that people we don't like very much have a happily ever after moment that may annoy us. But keep in mind that being a sister in Christ you should let forgivness in and move on with life. There's better things to worry about. ;) And if the guitar isnt yours, calmly explain what happened to the person who it belongs to.
