:) I got nothing big, just now. But you DID say "little and large." I'm having a pretty good day all of a sudden. Today's my birthday, and I didn't think that I was going to be able to do anything... working a 10 hour shift and all. But then, just last night it turns out that I will be able to get together with my parents, and brothers and my good friend Peggy and her niece Amy, (who is 4 and my BUDDY and the cutest thing EVER-I'll put a pic up later as soon as the email to myself comes through) and maybe her husband Ian, and we're going to play this awesome game called "Apples to Apples." I dunno. You might have to know me to know how cool that is. I am a huge fan of board games. Good, clean social fun. Good times. But nobody ever wants to play board games with me, except Peggy, who I don't see much. Cool on multiple levels. So, yeah. I'm reminded that even though I'm at the age (and the stage of my walk with the L-rd) where I really don't expect or need to have anything special for my birthday, G-d's still looking out for me, making sure I have a special day. And I am so grateful for that. :)

Happy birthday, MattBob! I'm not doing much. I'm going through a very trying time right now. I have to deal with a very judgmental family member. I'm not saying who it is, but I hate being around this person with the judgmental attitude. It's not the person who bothers me, it's just that condemning attitude. I've been hearing a lot of words meant to tear down some of us. I'm sick of it. I'm not going into more details about it. I'm also working on something for First Priority on MySpace. I've got to wait until next Sunday before I can actually do anything for them. It's one of their rules. So, until then, I'm not doing much there. I still spend more time here, much more.

[/quote] I LOVE APPLES TO APPLES!!!!!! can i come?;) as far as God working in my life, i just went on a retreat with my youth group the other day, and we watched the movies "Facing the Giants" and "Pay It Forward" -- The past several years, I've had this burning desire to change the world and take it on single handedly. I've been somewhat discouraged by people in my efforts because I'm just a teenager, but I realized from those movies, that if I truly give up myself to God and let go of all my fears and all the stereotypes I get because I'm only 15, I CAN change the world. I just have to put forth my very best effort and need to allow others to help me and trust them to pass on the love. I feel like a changed person just because of two simple movies. God is definately in his workshop on overtime putting in some hard labor for me. I love him so much!!!!

Wow! Thanks for all the birthday greetings! "total blast" sums it up. :) But, how could Apples to Apples be anything but tons of fun? I didn't know that many played people played it, though. It's kinda hard to find it around here. 8 people was the most I ever played with, so I bet it IS loads of fun in youth groups and such. And thanks all for sharing! I love stories about what G-d's doing in people's lives. It's so encouraging to hear them all. Sorry you're having a rough time, lokikelam. Like Mama Cass used to sing, The darkest hour is just before dawn. I hope everyone has a blessed day!
